Chinese Yuan (RMB/CNY) Transaction Guidelines
Before Conducting a Chinese Yuan (RMB/CNY) Transaction
- Before proceeding with any transaction, customers must ensure that the RMB receiving account is active and functioning properly.
- If the RMB receiving account is locked before the money is sent, we will not be responsible (legal outcomes and transaction history video recordings will be used as evidence).
After a Successful Chinese Yuan (RMB/CNY) Transaction
- Within 72 hours of receiving the RMB and confirming the successful transaction, customers should notify us of the account balance (confirming whether the RMB has been received).
- If no notification is provided, it will be considered that the customer does not require any warranty.
Note:
Absolutely do not transfer money back to our original account, as all responsibility will belong to the customer in such a case.
If the Chinese Yuan (RMB) Receiving Account is Temporarily Locked
- Customers should cooperate by providing “Videos and Images” (we will not process the issue if there is no video and image proof).
- If the received RMB has been fully withdrawn, we will not handle any further complaints.
- If there is still RMB remaining in the account and the customer’s account is locked during the warranty period (lifetime warranty) while the source account is still active, we will verify by sending 10 RMB to the customer’s account and no further complaints will be handled.
- If the source account is unable to verify with 10 RMB, please wait for 7 days from the date the customer reported the card lock and provide a detailed video as follows:
- Current Status of the Chinese Yuan (RMB/CNY) Receiving Account
- The video must clearly show the date and time.
- Current total balance.
- Total amount temporarily locked.
- Full Statement of All Inflows and Outflows of the RMB Receiving Account
- Timeframe: From the time of our initial transaction until the present.
- The customer can record using the mobile banking app or obtain a bank statement with a red seal from the bank.
Note:
Maximum of 3 days from the time we request the video. If not provided, please inform us to explore other solutions.
Chinese Yuan (RMB/CNY) Purchase Warranty Process
- After receiving and verifying all the information provided by the customer, we will initiate the warranty process for the receiving RMB account.
- Step 1: Please wait for up to 24 hours for us to inform you of the outcome.
- Step 2: If the issue is verified to be on our end, we will explain clearly and specify the compensation method (customers will be compensated), which will be shown in the legal check results.Example:
- Case 1: If 10,000 RMB is sent and there is an issue with 10,000 RMB, we will compensate 10,000 RMB (if the remaining balance is less than 10,000 RMB, compensation will be based on the actual balance in the account).
- Case 2: If 10,000 RMB is sent and there is an issue with 5,000 RMB, we will only compensate 5,000 RMB (if the remaining balance is less than 5,000 RMB, compensation will be based on the actual balance in the account).
- Case 3: If 10,000 RMB is sent, 8,000 RMB is withdrawn, and 2,000 RMB remains in the account when it is locked. If the account is locked and additional funds are sent, the legal check will show 2,000 RMB at the time of the lock, and we will not be responsible for any subsequent funds.
- Step 3: If the customer agrees to the compensation plan, on the 15th day from the card lock report, the customer should record another video. If the account is still locked, compensation will be processed immediately. If the account is unlocked, we will not accept any further complaints.
Note:
Permanent reclamation of RMB is guaranteed, but it must include relevant documentation and video/images. If the customer’s account is temporarily locked and reopened by the bank, and the bank confirms that our transactions are legitimate, we will not be responsible for any subsequent locks.
Transaction Methods
- Direct Transactions:
- In Singapore, we have a team of representatives who can conduct direct transactions at the customer’s location. Time and location will be arranged for mutual convenience and optimal transaction efficiency.
- Online Transactions:
- (Not recommended) For safety reasons, please carefully review and consider before choosing this method.
Payment Methods
- Bank Transfer within Singapore:
- Payments must be made under the customer’s real name.
- Direct Payment via PayPal
- Payment via USDT
- Once the payment method is confirmed and funds are received, we will transfer the RMB to the customer’s account as provided. The transaction is only considered complete when the recipient confirms receipt.
