Transaction Scenarios for Chinese Yuan (RMB/CNY)
Before Conducting a Transaction:
- Customers must ensure that the receiving RMB account is active and functioning properly.
- If the RMB receiving account is locked before the funds are transferred, we will not be held responsible (legal results and recorded transaction history will prove this).
After the Transaction is Successfully Completed:
- Within a maximum of 72 hours from receiving the RMB transfer and confirming a successful transaction, customers must notify us of their account balance (confirming whether the RMB has been received).
- If no notification is given, it will be considered that the customer does not request warranty support.
Note:
- Absolutely do not transfer funds back to our original account. In such cases, the customer will bear full responsibility.
If the Chinese Yuan (RMB) Receiving Account is Temporarily Locked:
- Customers are required to cooperate and provide full “Videos and Images” (no support will be given if these are not provided).
- If RMB funds are received and fully withdrawn, the source will not handle any further complaints.
- If there are still RMB funds remaining and the account is locked within the warranty period (lifetime warranty) while the source account is still active, we will verify the account by sending 10 RMB to the customer’s account. No further complaints will be addressed after this check.
- If the source account cannot verify with 10 RMB, please wait 7 days from the time of reporting the account lock and provide a clear, detailed video including:
- Current Status of the RMB Receiving Account:
- Video showing clear date and time.
- Current total balance.
- Total amount temporarily locked.
- Full Statement of All Inflows and Outflows:
- Timeframe: from the time of our transfer until the present.
- Customers can record using the mobile banking app or request a detailed bank statement with a red stamp from the bank.
Note:
- A maximum of 3 days from the time we inform you to record the video is given; if unable to record, please notify us to find an alternative solution.
Warranty Process for Purchasing Chinese Yuan (RMB/CNY)
- After receiving and verifying all the information provided by the customer, we will proceed with the warranty process for the receiving RMB account.
- Step 1: Please allow up to 24 hours for us to update the status to the customer.
- Step 2: If the issue is verified to be on our end, we will clearly explain to the customer and outline the compensation method (compensation will be provided) as reflected in the legal check results.Example:
- Scenario 1: If 10,000 RMB is transferred and the issue is with 10,000 RMB, we will compensate 10,000 RMB (if the remaining balance is less than 10,000 RMB, compensation will be based on the actual remaining balance).
- Scenario 2: If 10,000 RMB is transferred but only 5,000 RMB is affected, we will only compensate 5,000 RMB (if the remaining balance is less than 5,000 RMB, compensation will be based on the actual remaining balance).
- Scenario 3: If 10,000 RMB is transferred, 8,000 RMB is withdrawn, and 2,000 RMB is left in the account and then locked. If additional funds are transferred afterward and the legal check shows 2,000 RMB at the time of the lock, we will not be responsible for any subsequent funds.
- Step 3: If the customer agrees with the compensation method, on the 15th day from the reported account lock, the customer should re-record the account status video. If the account is still locked, compensation will be made immediately. If the account is unlocked, no further complaints will be accepted.
Note:
- We offer a permanent guarantee on the reclamation of RMB. If funds are reclaimed, there must be accompanying documentation and relevant videos/images. If the customer’s RMB account is temporarily locked and has been reopened by the bank with confirmation that our transactions are legitimate, any subsequent locks will not be considered our responsibility.

- Direct Transactions:
- We have a team of transaction agents available in US to conduct direct transactions with customers. Time and location will be arranged for mutual convenience and optimal transaction efficiency.
- Online Transactions:
- (Not recommended) For safety reasons, please carefully review and consider before choosing this method.

- Payments must be made under the customer’s real name.
- Direct Payment via PayPal
- Payment via USDT
- Once the payment method is confirmed and funds are received, we will transfer the RMB to the customer’s account as provided. The transaction will only be considered complete when the recipient confirms receipt.
