Policy and Regulations for Customers Purchasing Chinese Yuan (RMB/CNY)
Case of Trading Chinese Yuan (RMB/CNY)
Before Conducting a Chinese Yuan (RMB/CNY) Transaction
- Before handing over the account details, customers must ensure that the account receiving the Chinese Yuan (RMB) is fully functional.
- If the receiving account is locked before our transfer, we are not liable (legal results and transaction history videos will serve as proof).
After Successful Transaction of Chinese Yuan (RMB/CNY)
- Customers must report the account balance status within 72 hours from when the successful transfer receipt is issued. This confirmation ensures the customer has received the Chinese Yuan (RMB).
- If no notification is made, we will consider that the customer does not require warranty.
- Note: Customers must not transfer funds back to our source account, as all liabilities will fall on the customer if this occurs.
If the Chinese Yuan (RMB) Receiving Account is Temporarily Locked
- Customers must provide complete “Video and Image” documentation (we do not process claims without video and image evidence).
- If the customer has withdrawn all received funds, we will not entertain any further claims.
- If there is still a remaining balance of Chinese Yuan (RMB) in the account, and the account is locked during the warranty period (with a permanent warranty), while the source account remains active, we will check 10 Yuan into the customer’s account to confirm status. If the check is successful, no further claims will be processed.
- If the source account cannot verify with a 10 Yuan check, customers are required to wait for 7 days from when the account was reported locked and provide a detailed video showing:
- The current status of the Chinese Yuan (RMB) receiving account, displaying:
- Date and time shown clearly in the video
- Total current balance
- Total amount temporarily locked
- Statement of all incoming and outgoing transactions of the Chinese Yuan (RMB) receiving account from the time of our initial transaction until the present.
- This can be recorded via phone banking app or by obtaining an official bank statement with a red stamp.
- The current status of the Chinese Yuan (RMB) receiving account, displaying:
- Note: The video must be submitted within 3 days from our notification; otherwise, alternative resolutions must be discussed with us.
Warranty Process for Purchasing Chinese Yuan (RMB/CNY)
- After receiving and verifying the provided information, we will initiate the warranty process for your Chinese Yuan (RMB) receiving account.
- Step 1: Please wait up to 24 hours for us to respond with an update.
- Step 2: If the issue is confirmed to be on our end, we will clearly explain the issue and the compensation plan (compensation will be and shown transparently in our legal verification results).
Examples:
- Scenario 1: 10v Chinese Yuan (RMB/CNY) sent but all 10v failed – we will compensate 10v Chinese Yuan (RMB/CNY) (if the balance is less than 10v, we will compensate the remaining balance in the account).
- Scenario 2: Out of 10v sent, 5v Chinese Yuan (RMB) failed – we will compensate 5v Chinese Yuan (RMB) (if the balance is less than 5v, we will compensate the actual balance).
- Scenario 3: 10v Chinese Yuan (RMB) sent, 8v withdrawn, 2v remaining, and the account is locked. If more funds were sent after the account was locked, any amounts transferred after the locking will not be our responsibility.
- Step 3: If the customer agrees to the compensation plan, on the 15th day from when the account was reported locked, a final video check will be required. If the account remains locked, compensation will be provided. If the account is unlocked, no further claims will be processed.
Note: Permanent Chinese Yuan (RMB/CNY) recovery warranty: If recovery occurs, valid documentation (videos and images) related to the recovery process must be submitted. If the Chinese Yuan (RMB/CNY) receiving account was temporarily locked but reopened by the bank, confirming that our transaction was not an issue, and the account is locked again, the fault does not lie with us.
