Transaction Cases for Chinese Yuan (RMB/CNY)
Before Conducting a Chinese Yuan (RMB/CNY) Transaction
- Before making a transaction, customers must ensure that the receiving card for the yuan (RMB) is active and functioning properly.
- If the receiving card is locked before our transfer, we will not be responsible (legal outcomes and transaction history videos will serve as evidence).
After a Successful Chinese Yuan (RMB/CNY) Transaction
- Within 72 hours of receiving the RMB and generating a successful transfer receipt, please inform us of the account balance (confirming whether the RMB was received).
- If there is no notification, we will consider that the customer does not require any warranty.
Note:
Under no circumstances should the funds be transferred back to our source account. Any responsibility will fall on the customer.
If the Chinese Yuan (RMB) Receiving Account is Temporarily Locked
- Please cooperate by providing complete “Videos and Images” (no action will be taken without these materials).
- If all the received yuan (RMB/CNY) has been withdrawn, we will not handle any further complaints.
- If the yuan (RMB/CNY) is still in the account and it is locked during the warranty period (lifetime warranty) while the source account is still active, we will check the customer’s account by sending 10 RMB and will not address further complaints.
- If the source account is unable to send 10 RMB, please wait for 7 days from the date of reporting the card lock and record a detailed video showing the following:
- Current status of the RMB/CNY receiving account:
- The video must clearly display the date and time.
- The current total balance.
- The total amount temporarily locked.
- Complete statement of all funds transferred in and out of the RMB/CNY receiving account:
- Timeframe: From the time of our transfer to the present.
- The customer can record the information via mobile banking apps or request a certified statement with an official seal from the bank.
Note:
The maximum time allowed is 3 days from when we notify you to record the video. If this is not done, please inform us to find another solution.
Chinese Yuan (RMB/CNY) Purchase Warranty Process
- After receiving and verifying all the information provided by the customer, we will initiate the warranty process for the customer’s RMB receiving account.
- Step 1: Please wait for a response within 24 hours from our team.
- Step 2: If the issue is confirmed to be on our side, we will clearly explain to the customer and specify the compensation method (the customer will be compensated), which will be detailed in the legal check results.Examples:
- Case 1: If 10,000 yuan is transferred and there is an issue with 10,000 yuan, we will compensate 10,000 yuan (if the balance is less than 10,000 yuan, compensation will be based on the actual balance in the account).
- Case 2: If 10,000 yuan is transferred and there is an issue with 5,000 yuan, we will compensate only 5,000 yuan (if the balance is less than 5,000 yuan, compensation will be based on the actual balance in the account).
- Case 3: If 10,000 yuan is transferred, 8,000 yuan is withdrawn, and 2,000 yuan remains, and the account is locked. If additional funds are transferred after the lock and the legal check shows 2,000 yuan at the time of the lock, the subsequent funds will not be covered.
- Step 3: If the customer agrees with the compensation plan, on the 15th day from the report of the locked card, the customer should record another video. If the account is still locked, we will proceed with compensation. If the account is unlocked, no further complaints will be addressed.
Note:
We offer permanent recovery for Chinese yuan (RMB/CNY), but documentation and video evidence are required. If the customer’s account is temporarily locked and later reopened by the bank, and the bank confirms that our transactions are legitimate, we will not be responsible for subsequent locks.

- In Australia, we have a team of representatives who can meet customers on-site to conduct transactions directly. Time and location will be arranged for the convenience and efficiency of each transaction.
- Online Transactions:
- (Not recommended) For security reasons, please carefully consider and review this method before deciding.
