Refund Policy

In accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in this Refund and Return Policy, which constitutes part of the Service Terms, Support24h.net ensures customer rights by allowing requests for product returns and/or refunds.

Return Conditions

Customers agree that they can only request returns and refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Customer has made payment but did not receive the product.
  • Product is damaged during shipping.
  • Support24h.net staff delivered the wrong product to the customer (e.g., incorrect weight, type of product, etc.).
  • The received product significantly differs from the information provided by us in the product description.

No Change of Mind Returns

Unless specified in this Refund and Return Policy, returns due to customer’s change of mind will not be accepted.

Condition of Returned Items

To minimize issues related to returns, customers should note that returned products must include all accompanying items (if any), VAT invoice, warranty seals, etc., if applicable, and the product must be in its original condition as received. Support24h.net encourages customers to take photos of the product upon receipt as evidence for future reference/complaints if necessary.

Return Shipping Costs

Support24h.net and the customer will mutually agree on who will bear the return shipping costs. If the fault lies with Support24h.net, then the return shipping costs will be covered by Support24h.net. If the customer wants to exchange the product for another, the customer will bear all two-way shipping costs.

Refund for Returned Items

Support24h.net will only refund the customer after receiving the returned items as shown in the customer’s feedback photos. The refund will be transferred within 24 hours to the customer’s designated bank account. Note: For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, customers are responsible for providing their bank account information to receive the refund.
