Refund Policy for Digital Services
We strive for customer satisfaction and quality service delivery. However, refunds are offered under specific conditions as outlined below.
Eligibility for Refund
- Login Failure: If the account or service purchased cannot be accessed due to incorrect login information provided by us, you are entitled to a full refund or account replacement within 12 hours.
- Service Not Delivered: If the service is not delivered within the stipulated time due to technical reasons from our end, a refund or compensation will be offered.
Non-Eligibility for Refund
- Successful Login: Once a successful login is made on the account, no refunds will be issued.
- Account Misuse: Refunds are not offered if the account is flagged, blocked, or suspended due to misuse or policy violations from the user’s side.
- Service Already Used: If the service has already been used or completed, refunds will not be considered.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after approval. Refunds will be credited using the same payment method used for the purchase.
